As a User, GRUPO JAV informs you of its personal data protection policy so that you can freely and voluntarily decide to provide us with the personal data that we may require in order to access the different services and content offered on our website.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GDPR’) and the implementing regulations supplementing it, we hereby inform you of the following:

Users who wish to do so may register in the Pipe Cloud service to access exclusive JAV GROUP tools and services.

Enquiries and requests

To manage queries and requests made by users visiting the website via any electronic form available on the website or by e-mail. The questions or fields included in the forms are voluntary except for those with an asterisk (*), which are mandatory. In the event of failure to answer or complete the questions or obligatory fields, GRUPO JAV reserves the right not to process the query or request.

Management of the recruitment process

Manage the personal data provided by candidates through the form provided for this purpose on the website. The data provided by candidates will be processed in order to evaluate candidates in current or future recruitment processes.

Sending commercial information

Only those users who expressly accept this will receive e-mails with information about GRUPO JAV, its products and services. At any time, interested parties may access their data and exercise their rights of rectification, deletion and opposition.

The personal data obtained will be processed for the following purposes:

  • To send electronic newsletters with news related to our activity;
  • To inform interested parties of promotions and discounts offered by JAV GROUP by various means such as, among others, e-mail, or any other equivalent means of electronic communication, such as SMS or other messaging systems, or by making telephone calls.

3. How long will your data be kept?

The data provided by users of the website through forms, questionnaires or e-mail will only be kept for the time strictly necessary to deal with the query or request of the interested party. Once the query or request has been dealt with, the user’s personal data will be deleted, unless a commercial relationship is established with the user, in which case their data will be incorporated into the corresponding file of the entity.

The data provided by those users of the website who send us their curriculum vitae through the form provided for this purpose on the website will remain active in the database of GRUPO JAV for a period of two (2) years from the time the interested party provided us with said data or while a selection process is open. Once this period has elapsed, the data provided will remain blocked for the time strictly required by the applicable legal regulations, at which time they will be deleted.

The data provided by users of the website who register for the Pipe Cloud service or the commercial communications and promotions service will be kept for as long as said users are registered for said service. At any time, the interested party may oppose the processing of their data for the sending of information, promotions and commercial communications by GRUPO JAV. by unsubscribing by sending an email to rgpd@grupoabn.com.

4. What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for processing the data of users of GRUPO JAV’s website is the legitimate interest that the company has in responding to queries, requests from users and potential customers and informing any interested party about GRUPO JAV, its products and services.
