ABN Pipe Systems has a Thermoplastic Compound Division charged to the developing, production and sales of high value thermoplastic compounds.
Company´s philosophy is quite simple: if we have the best technology and know-how, and we are able to formulate our own materials, why not offer them to the market? There is no best product guarantee than the fact that we use our own products.
ABN Pipe Systems offer a wide product range and service portfolio in accordance with a long experience in formulation and modification of polymers, with high flexibility and adapting to any customer and market needs or requirements.
The Thermoplastic Compound Division has a quality management system according to the UNE EN ISO 9001:2000 Standard awarded by AENOR, the Spanish Association for Standardization, for the activity of production of compound fabricated with thermoplastic materials.

- Mineral filler modified polypropylenes: talc, calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, etc.
- High filled polyolefine masterbatches (until 80-85%)
- Functional filler modified polyolefines
- Halogen free flame retardant compounds
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
Our material are widely use in automotive, injection, moulding, pipe and film extrusion, petrochemical and in-house appliances.
