Customer service of ABN Group
works for the purpose of offering all our clients a fast and efficient way of accomplishing some of the most common requests, such as:

1.Questions
The Customer Service will answer the questions about products and organised activities by the different companies of ABN Group, as well as requests of information about these companies executed by our customers.

2.Web page
The Customer Service is responsible for giving the clients access and information about the functioning of the web page www.grupoabn.com. Through this service every company can have access to the technical information, download documents or accomplish online buyings, consulting the available products in real time; as well as invoices, delivery notes and order delivery status.

3.Suggestions and complaints.
The Customer Service deals with the attention and resolution of customer complaints from the different companies of the Group in relation with the products and services they offered and when those complaints have not been resolved at each company department. In the same way the Customer Service will take care of those clients who, having received an answer, are not satisfied with the response.

4.Suggestions
At the same time, the Customer Service takes care about the gathering of all suggestions from our customers, to transmmit them to the different companies manager boards, in order to improve our service.
